Fabian is an MSc graduate in the field of Marine Environment and Resources, with experience in fisheries governance and a key emphasis in sustainability and community-based management. He has assisted with research on the governance of Marine Protected Areas; specifically the use of ecological indicators in MPA management success in areas including, Discovery Bay, Oracabessa Bay, Boscabel and Montego Bay, Jamaica. Fabian’s current role involves the implementation of the Alligator Head Foundation’s Conservation Programs and the facilitation of lobbying efforts for the East Portland Fish Sanctuary.
